CLEAN, DYNAMIC AND POWERFUL SOUND I am not going to go into some convoluted comparison of the STR-DN850 with other units but let me just make something very easy to understand:If you do not need a separate zone for audio (meaning you will only be listening to this receiver in one room/area), you do not need the STR-DN1050. The extra “15” watts per channel that other reviewers seem to harp on, seriously do not make anywhere near enough of a difference to justify purchase.
