I hardly ever review products on here but had to strongly caution others from buying this case. I just received mine half an hour ago and am livid that I already have to return it. The product description states “Constructed from reinforced aluminum”, but this is most certainly NOT the case, which became apparent when the case fell apart the very first time I closed it with equipment inside. The ad description is misleading. This is not an aluminum case. It is thin press board with aluminum corner reinforcements. That being said, it has served me well. I use it to haul around my R/C transmitter and 16 batteries from my car to the field and back and then home. No issues. Still sturdy.
